A Minimum Advertised Price policy on all Cacao Laboratory, LLC and Cacao Lab Corp. (Cacao Laboratory), products will be in effect (herein referred to as "MAP policy"). This policy is made to protect the integrity of the Cacao Laboratory product line and our network of retailers. This Cacao Laboratory MAP applies to, but is not limited to, advertised pricing on websites, social media, catalogs, print advertisements, in-store displays, and any and all other forms of advertisement media. Your minimum price must be greater than or equal to the Cacao Laboratory Minimum Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) on every Cacao Laboratory product you sell. Any discounting that results in a net advertised price of any Cacao Laboratory product below our MSRP through rebates, percentage discounts, coupons, or any other manner will be considered a violation of this MAP agreement. In the event that Cacao Laboratory receives information that a party is advertising and/or selling a Cacao Laboratory product below the MSRP as stipulated in this MAP agreement, Cacao Laboratory will contact the party in non-compliance. Once Cacao Laboratory has contacted the party, the pricing must be corrected within three (3) business days. If the advertised pricing has not been corrected within three (3) days, Cacao Laboratory will cease to supply the party and/or their distributor. This agreement is enforced using both first-party and third-party price monitoring and is subject to change at the sole discretion of Cacao Laboratory.
